Return Window: You may return your product by shipping it to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping charges.
Condition of Returned Items: The item must be unused, unwashed, and free of any odor. Upon receiving your return, the product will undergo a quality check. The 90’s Label reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if the item does not pass the quality check.
Refunds: Refunds are processed as store credit. If 7 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer store credit or exchanges.
Cancellations: To cancel an order, please contact us through the ‘Contact Us’ link on our website. Cancellations are only possible if the products have not been shipped. You may choose to receive store credit or select another product. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
For Made to Measure Orders
Due to the customized nature of made-to-measure orders, these products are tailored specifically to your requirements:
No Returns or Exchanges: We cannot offer exchanges or returns for made-to-measure orders.
Alterations: We do offer alterations if necessary. If you wish to alter your product, you must ship it to us within 7 days of receiving your order, bearing the shipping charges.
On-Sale Purchases
Items purchased during sales are final and have the following conditions:
No Cancellations: Orders placed on sale items cannot be canceled once the order is placed.
No Returns or Exchanges: Sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
